Qantas has completed the first round investment of Business Lounge at Changi Airport in September 2019, aiming to improve customers’ experience. Moreover, the cabin on A380 will be upgraded for holding more customers later this year. These are good signs for Australia tourism that good flight experience will attract more new customers a well as repeat customers.
